Love the game, dumped hundreds of hours into it playing it solo as well as splitscreen.
In the elite race you've played there's no big route to change but a hidden shortcut. In the section with the constructionsite you need to blow up the building 3 times, wich reveals a small gap through the building on the right, jump up on the train tracks and follow the till there's a jump into the parking garage. If done right that can turn a possible lose in a win.

I have very fond memories of hours laughing my head off, after dropping a building on 6 cars and stealing the lead. Or cursing loudly after I had a building dropped on me.

Still have the physical copy of this game that I bought in 2012 or '13 for PS3 and I love it. I have it on my steam wishlist for when it goes on sale I will snatch it.

I sunk so many hours into this on PS3. Such an underrated gem and deserved a sequel. I'd settle for a remaster now. But you can stream it off the PS Network if you're a PS+ member. I forgot it was in my library and booted it up and it still holds up 14 years later

Finally you covered my favourite game of all time! I played it for God knows how long since it came out. I have every track, every power play and every car memorised and i swear i have a world record on one of the tracks (at least i think because i was 4th and top 3 times were obviously haced like 5 seconds or minus 80 hours).

Usually I don't dig this kind of ultra-arcade racing type of games, but man this was absolutely nuts! Also the level design is completely insane, thanks for sharing.
