Just think of how many people have felt these symptoms in America, thought they should go go the ER, realized they cannot afford another massive bill nor another collection account on their credit, tried to downplay their symptoms and then died from a heart attack that they could have otherwise survived. Our healthcare system is disgusting.

Tachycardia and stomach discomfort were symotoms. Actual heart attack manifested as uncontrollable vomiting in the ER restroom. ER doc thought I had a stomach bug and was going to send me home to die. I refused to leave, because I was too weak to get off of the gurney.

I have to half way disagree I feel women get the arm pain and jaw pain

I have Takotsubo’s syndrome. My daughter, mom and best friend are all dying. I became so stressed worrying about trying to spend every waking minute with them that I ended up with what looked like a heart attack and I spent a week in the cardiac care unit. The angiogram hurt like hell and why I had to be awake is beyond me. I’m completely healthy. I had no damage or heart attack. A HUGE mistake I did make was waiting over 2 hours sitting in a meeting at the fire department, driving home to get my husband and then having my husband driving me to the hospital. Next time I will take the Fire Fighters advice and go by ambulance to the hospital. 😐
