The whole system should be digitalized but will bring transparency and will hurt both the middle man and the lawyers 😂

No Court is working Promptly.
May it be District, Highcourt or Supreme Court.
No Judge is working responsibly & is trying to delay orders thinking other Judge will come & pass Orders/Judgements 😢

As a litigent, court staff not cooperate but they even don't know you and not even accept any your pleading not gives you any proper answer. They earn far better than any private employee. Even court clerk have better salary than senior guys in IT company. Court staff are worst than SBI employee. This is a fact.

Court staff is equipped with multiple urgent tasks and generally there is a time specified for queries... So, everyone should go with the rules atleast in the court.

Working at district levels in all state courts should be improved..

Govt officials need an attitude adjustment. If everyone do their work and improve the system, then this country will become world's best country very quickly.

Subordinate courts me akr dekhiye kya halat hoti he morning me 6-7 bje ajao or rat ko 9-10 bje jao, jo Holidays hote he wo bhi lgao kam khtm krne ke lie but kam nhi khtm hota

In Pakistan court staff treat us as an officer of the court and they give priority to our daily work . Staff is so cooperative here

Sir Court staff k sath sath judge bhi apna rule bna k baithe hai yaha ki 12 baje k baad petition nhi Li jaegi..

Moral of the story is the whole system needs a big big reforms

Session courts are worst...no timing..no responsibility...
