My sons father passed away in 2016. I was in my 20's and knew nothing about probate, wills, or anything else. I now found out that my sons father's mother had me sign a document she said was to set an account up for my son. I asked her if i could take it & read it. She started crying & showing me my then fiances autopsy & explained to me after she needed it by tomorrow & to trust her. I signed it now 2023 I found out through a mutal friend of my then fiance that she had a court hearing in regards to life insurance & had it transferred to herself. I am so shocked that someone could do something like this! My worry is that there will be nothing left for our son when hes 18. Is there anything i can do about this?

My mom died in 2002 and my little sister forged a will and got her mother-in-law to lie in court and say that this was my mother's signature because she did her insurance funny how money brings people together considering that pat shaw testified in court that her daughter-in-law was unfit to raise her grandson in court later Alexanderia Ladel Torian gets arrested for involtary manslaughter! This happened in Texas probate Dallas my sister sold the 87, 000 house at 10522 Castle Rock for 50 cents on dollar later she manipulates my older sister to take out a 450k life insurance policy on her she buys her several cases of dr pepper and cartons of cigarettes for her and she waits when my older sister died her children had to pay for the funeral because little sister was in jail for insurance fraud she never took any of the money to pay for the funeral! That was Dallas 2015!
