I've read the comments about not understanding this video, or it was to hard to follow. To be honest its one of the most straightforward videos I've seen on YouTube about percents. She simply moved the %sign to the easier number(s) to work with. The one thing that I would have done differently is to convert the percent to a decimal for ex:
50%=1/2; 1/2×28/1=14 75%=3/4; 3/4×4/1=3. In my opinion converting %s to decimals is easier to work with.

For a easier way just find what is the 1% of the number and multiply that by how many percent for example 16% of 48

1% of 48 is 0.48

16 × 0.48 = 7.68

Thus 16% of 48 is 7.68

Explanation:
You first have to switch the two numbers because they are the same even if you switch them( this will make it a lot more simpler) they then halved the percentage (10%) because 50% is equivalent to the fraction 1/2. So the answer now is 4/2 or 2 to be exact.

The second one is as easy as the first one...
Since this is 4% of 75, we can simply divide 100 in 4 divisions, 25 each since 25 is ¼ of 100.
In the video 25 stands for ।.
So, 25+25+25+25=100.
If we take three sections of this only, like 25+25+25, it equals 75.
In this we added twenty five 3 times only, so
4% of 75=3
