I used to walk in to a room and wonder if they would like me. Now I walk into a room and wonder if I will like them.

"Be quick to hear and slow to speak" scripture. Self-control is very important especially when you are dealing with a difficult person such as a narcissist. Good video.🙂

Ultimately, what it really falls down to is not only emotional intelligence, but also being genuinely happy and content with thyself. The more one feels correct within, the lesser external factors and dumb behaviors will affect you. With that said, prioritize self care and do more of whatever it is that brings joy into your lives as long as it's healthy of course and you're not affecting others in a negative way.

I have received insults and offensive remarks as a growing tool, having to pause with grace 💃 having the understanding that every negative comment do not deserve my attention ✔️ stoic philosophy has taught me that embracing challenges is a great way to overcome fear by not reacting to such bliss of ignorance! My energy is valuable and everyone is not allowed to receive.. 💃

Accept people for who they are and leave them to their lives challenges to discover, how you react to their problems, stupidity is your strength, patience and love ❤️ sometimes it’s the best thing to do.

Thank you for your insights. My mom has dementia and now does not recognize family. Only the ones that live with her. It's very difficult with her 88 yr old mind . We just go along with her no matter what she does.

You need to address dealing with narcissists...they'are pure poison and evil: no Matter how kind. Loving, patient, generous and helpful we are, they're evil in return.

I try so hard everyday to be a better person than I was in my first life and it is definitely a challenge but I feel more a pace when I’m on this part to be happy to be honest.
