Thank you so much for the great information.
Ever since I came across you, your books, and your videos, I stopped having a sweet breakfast, and it has changed my day for the better. No more brain fog.

I remember when I was in school when it was testing time, the teachers would tell our parents to feed us a hearty, not sugary breakfast that morning to help us focus on the test. Now, as an adult, I'm thinking, "If they knew our breakfast would have such an impact, why didn't they try to have us eat good breakfasts EVERY DAY??"

I have your books and work your plans. The science references are so useful when one has full access to them, too. Thank you for helping us all to healthier living!❤

For me, I was hoping to hear more information on brain fog. At 67 yrs young, I just am not as cognitively intact, reactive, and Fast thinking as I previously was in my 30s 40s and 50s.

I know there’s more to the story, then this information about glucose spike.

This is very valuable, however, I seek more info.

Thanks so very much !

Hi Jess-I skip breakfast (continue to fast), and take a water soluble supplement called L-Tyrosine. It is an essential component for the production of several important brain chemicals called neurotransmitters, including epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine. Neurotransmitters help nerve cells communicate and influence mood. L-Tyrosine also helps produce melanin, the pigment responsible for hair and skin color.
For me, it has a subtle but noticeable affect. One capsule in the morning, one mid-afternoon. Not to be taken 3hrs before bed as it may keep you awake.

interesting what you say you did all find or read studies about.
for me as long as you do not publish or present all these findings for me to read or study myself these result mean nothing.
would be nice if you could each time you talk about studies or results of or similar let us see a copy on screen with who did the study where was it done how many of what group of people or animals participated or who paid for the study and who requested the study. And all else that helps us the viewer of your channel to confirm for ourselves what you say you found is worth knowing.
thanks

I have something for you to think about - 50 years ago people young and old had pancakes, french toast with lots of syrup, cold cereal etc for breakfast - they didn't have brain fog loke now. Now this is what I want you to think about - our eyes is connected to our head - duh - one thing that is very different now is indoor light snd how what passes for indoor lighting in work places and at home puts a burden on the brain that causes drowiness especially after eating. Many people who complain about brain fog is doing so indoors and not so much outdoors. Just something for you to think about since you like all that science stuff
