Cheese Bread Delicious Fluffy
250g all-purpose flour + 1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
125ml warm milk
3 tbsp butter, melted.
1 large egg room temperature + for the spread
Soft butter/margarine to spread the dough
1 cup or more grated cheddar cheese for the filling + topping
Chopped spring onions for the filling

Indonesian
Roti Keju Enak & Empuk
250g tepung serbaguna + 1 sdt garam
1 sdm gula pasir
1-1 / 2 sdt ragi kering instan
125ml susu hangat
3 sdm mentega, lelehkan.
1 telur besar suhu ruang + untuk olesan
Mentega lembut / margarin untuk mengoles adonan
1 cangkir atau lebih keju cheddar parut untuk isian + topping
Daun bawang cincang untuk isian

Well it took awhile to get the measurements right going on the conversion tables..I doubled the recipe. Caramelized garlic and fine chopped onions and cheese..came out great..thank you.

You can also make this in a bundt pan. Preheat oven 350. Using 3 cans of biscuits, melt half stick of buttter and add olive oil to melted butter, drizzle the olive oil mixture on each layer. cut biscuits in 4, making layer of biscuits, then use shredded cheddar chesse on them. Another layer of biscuits and use shredded parmesan cheese, 3rd layer of biscuits and mozzarella shredded cheese, bake til biscuits are done and til golden brown . Eat while warm. Reheat in microwave . Sounds like alot of work, but less ingredients. Delicious.

Hello, thank you for the cheese bread recipe.Made one last night, almost gone I am proofing another now.
Although wdelicious, mine wasn't as fluffy as yours.
So I hope this one is.

Who would’ve ever thought to do that
Make tiny croissants and then bake them together until they form one large bread!
THAT process in and of it self lends to MUCH unique texture of the (now) whole bread. HALALUYAH!
