Trump just needs to pass the bipartisan bill that he scuttled. He will be perceived as the hero. Really, just change the name, copy and paste it, and we can move on to other issues quickly. The dems will vote for it since they voted for it last time and the republicans (not sure if any of them are left, more like Magapublicans) will no longer face Trump's retaliation.
