Always good to check up on your health. I made a decision to stop eating anything deep fried two years ago and been hitting the gym hard to get back in shape. Dropped 25lbs easily with some cardio and getting back into basic compound movements. I figured as much as I hunt and need to hike into fishing and hunting spots now, I need to get into shape. That and we gotta be honest, we aint getting any younger lol.
