In the early stages of the creation of Boba fett, they originally planned him to be an upgraded storm trooper for empire hence the white design and this figure is meant to represent that
Obviously they continued designing and decided to make him his own fully fledged character with a completely different colour pallet

Interesting that the white boba looks like a prototype because it actually is the real bobas prototype suit, back when he was just gonna be a super high ranking stormtrooper instead of an individual bounty hunter character

As a lego star wars fan I think that general veers and wuher are essential figures to the set they are in, especially in the 2018 cantina set.

Leia with smooth hair is a production error where the mold of the piece caused this appearance instead of that identical to 1999. White Boba Fett polybag actually represents a prototype in tribute to the appearance of the character in preproduction of the original trilogy.

I gotta tell ya, I'm a big fan of Wuher and was waiting for him to be in minifigure form. I thought because he hadn't been made before, maybe it was because he was a bartender and Lego doesn't do alcohol.

Many years ago, playing the Star Wars Collectible Card Game, I built a novelty deck that revolved around Wuher.
