That's why if we can get our kids to eat some kiwi, which are so delicious, such a nutritional boost to their immune system, they're going to do really well. Now let me share with you the top five reasons why you should have Kiwi in your diet every single day.

Now, not only is this the perfect food for toddlers, for children, for adults, because you can just eat it as is. Yes, I know you're like a net that's fuzzy skin it is but yet it's edible. And when you eat this, you get an even higher boost of polyphenols and fiber. So don't think about cutting this and slicing it which is okay.

Think about enjoying it as it so if you're traveling with your toddlers just throw him a kiwi and say enjoy. So the top five reasons why I want you to have Kiwi in your diet.

1. Number one weight loss. Many people are struggling with their weight well, because of the fiber. And because of the nutrients inside the kiwi, it helps to balance blood sugar. And when you eat kiwi, even one to two per day, it reduces sugar cravings. They are high sugar content, but they're the sugar that God designed. It's the kind that you're supposed to have in your body. So eating Kiwi every day is going to increase weight loss if you need to lose weight, if you don't, it's not going to cause any harm. And it's going to get rid of sugar cravings and balanced glucose. That's like a triple trifecta for eating kiwi.

2. Number two is because of the nutrients in the Kiwi it helps to lower high blood pressure. That's really good.

3. Number three is the nutrients in the key we help to reduce kidney stones. So if you've got a family member who keeps dealing with kidney stones, you need to text them right away and say, get some kiwi in your diet right now. Now this next reason is really important because I keep trying to teach you more and more about your gut microbiome. When we get a healthy gut microbiome, we have better mood, better memory and better immune system.

4. Kiwi is cancer preventative. So we need Kiwi in our diet. You can eat kiwi, if you're under treatment for cancer, you can eat Kiwi as preventative. You can eat Kiwi as recovery because Kiwi helps to go in and repair DNA damage.

That means we slow down that aging factor and I am so into that right now.

You can grow a kiwi tree. It's actually a vine, you'd be on, you know, some supports and Arbor. And you could get up to 100 pounds of kiwi. I am school good service professional. We found years ago that kids love kiwi. We have sliced it with skin on and served on salad bars for years. Thank you for this reminder. I better eat mire kiwi!!!
