I love how the homeowner put more clothes pins on the line so that the nest wouldn't flip over.

I have a nest outside my front door, they are beautiful birds! <3 they look like they are ready to leave the nest, probably in the next few days :(

Terrific photography!
We had a delightful surprise this week when we discovered a tiny nest in a hanging planter on our porch.
The next day there was one tiny egg.
This morning another.
Thanks to your video we know more about what may happen next.
Our visitors nest is impossible to film as its tucked under large geranium leaves and we do not want to disturb what we hope is a growing family.
Not sure if it is a Rufous mama or an Anna's.
Will photograph females at the feeder on the front deck.
We are located on a Gulf Islands inBC right next to the San Juans in Wa state
