My father brought me a wounded baby hummingbird I have been treating him and feeding him all day he wants to sit on my finger or my chest all the time his mother was killed by a neighbors cat! and it killed his sibling 😢thank God we got this one in time.

My dad brought a wounded bird home when he was young once and my grandma felt guilty so she forced herself to treat it. They released it when it was feeling better and as it left it came back with a thank yiu gift (I believe it was a twig or something but y'know, the thought counts xD)
