Enhance Your RDR2 Graphics: Simple Guide to Installing Visual Redemption

Visual Redemption (VisualR) is a “work-in-progress” graphics overhaul mod for Red Dead Redemption II on PC. There were various tweaks made in order to enhance the overall atmosphere and provide a more realistic experience.

Currently this mod overhauls various weathers, improves shadow distance in each weather, reduces the intensity of heat haze, fixes bloom render on lights, improves water reflections, fixes moon positioning and much more.

This mod comes with an Optional Add-On that retains the Vanilla atmosphere and lighting, but still improves shadows and other small things. Additionally, this mod supports the RedM multiplayer client.

hahahahahahaa it worked you earned a sub brody it looks stunning aye guys make sure you put the mod loader folder in the directory i put the contents of it in the directory at first but i got it all worked out.

Great tutorial! I’ve been playing with this visual mod for a good bit now along with some other great mods for the game. It looks pristine, and so crisp. Overall, arguably close to the already stunning graphics that are originally in place. Not too much though in my opinion. This visual mod does generally heighten the game experience with some new looks. As you stated, and I did notice the differences don’t really come to light until you’re playing for a bit!
