After a bunch of research - I narrowed my search down to between the Hapstone, and the TSPROF.
I went with the TSPROF "Master Kit, " and I'm some glad I did! The KO-3 is an incredibly well designed & manufactured system. A pleasure to sit down and work with.

Great Video! I have the KME, TSPROF Blitz, and the TSPROF K03.
The Hapstone RS Black is going to work for most folks. The extra clamps and angle cube are worth the extra $$.
The TSPROF K03 is going to be for your more serious sharpener folks.
If you can freehand kitchen knives YOU WILL NOT need the TSPROF K03.

I've had several guided systems and recently purchased the Ketiped system from Amazon at just over a hundred bucks. It is beautifully made and VERY rigid and rigidity is the key to precision edges. It's heavy, and versatile including a tower which can more left and right on a precision ball bearing car (if you want) in order to maintain a constant angle on really long knives. The angle adjustment is via a screw jack making angle adjustments to the nearest hundredth of a degree possible and repeatable. It comes with everything except an angle finder.
You video gives a very good look at five different systems, all more expensive than the Ketiped but from what I see, I wouldn't trade my Ketiped for any of the systems you so beautifully reviewed.

Been sharpening knives professionally for a few years now, using a TORMEK T8 with good variety of CBN wheels, that does a great job. I just purchased a TSPROF K03 Pro to step up my sharpening results even more. You mention the TSPROF diamond stones don't hold up to long. Which brand of 1 x 6 diamond stones do you recommend?

1 Year owner of Kadet Pro. Highly recommend. A K03 will do larger knives, but the Kadet Pro did a fine job on my 18" machete with 2 separate clamp setups. All other knives, kitchen, everything = one setup works fine. Get an extra 140 grit 1" x 6" Atoma because you be reprofiling many messed up blades, for you and all your friends. The Atoma 1" x 6" set is perfect. The 1200 grit leaves a mirror finish so no need to make ANY adjustments for different stone thicknesses or strops, makes the system double fool proof and very easy.

My favorite is my plastic Work Sharp precision, because it was $50. I take my time, and put no pressure on the stone, and get shaving sharp results. I can’t free hand worth a damn.

I’ve had the TSPROF KO3 Pro Hunter for a few years and recently bought the axi cube upgrade. This is the best sharpening system I have.

I use a Double Sided Folding Diamond Pocket Flat Stone and hold at an estimated 22 degrees. They cost $20-40 and get the Blade sharp enough to slice paper.

I dont think i remember hearing it, but have you checked out the KME yet? Good quality, can use any 4"x1" stones, and their customer service is fabulous if anything ever wears out on you. Alao they are fully handmade and machined in the USA.

Where's the wicked edge knife sharpener? It's my favorite by far since it comes with two sets of every stone you don't have to keep flipping the knife back and forth it's way faster
