Several facts regarding the ship. - it was built in nicolayev shipyard Ukraine in 1982. - the ship was designed to sink US aircraft carrier by launching 16 cruise missiles, in kamikaze attack. - air defence of the ship outdated and mediocre regardless of modernization. Bottom line Ukrainians know all weak spots of the ship, because they built it back in Soviet times.
