I’ve been doing the alternating nights method to great results.
Monday|Wednesday|Friday: Azelaic Acid followed by Retinol|Retinoid
Tuesday|Thursday|Saturday: AHA|BHA followed by BP (Benzoyl Peroxide)
Sunday: AHA|BHA Masque|Peel
Daytime I use antioxidant serum and sunscreen.

I use a salicylic acid toner treatment, and then I let my face sit for 15-20 minutes letting it really dry down and absorb into my skin, then I do my retinol oil after, let that sit for 20-30 min then I go in with my hyaluronic acid serum, eye cream and the . moisturizer, then my face oil to lock it all in :) I also alternate days and use the retinol 3 times a week or every other day.

Salicylic acid before tretinoin sounds like something I would do. I also use Glycolic acid on my neck (with amazing results) but I'm also an experienced user. ❤️

I always had a photographic memory. Studying law, reading cases, they would be in my brain so every test was an open book test. Then raising a large family (our 5 & 2 fostered children), I could write a monthly schedule of assigments, activities, appointments, etc, and it would be in my head for all 7 kids.Then we had tragedy. I couldn’t imagine using salicylic acid and tretinoin together. That’s too aggressive for me.
When I started the lowest dose of tretinoin it was pretty intense, now it’s ok but the two together...nah.
