Ma’am, great video but whenever I do exactly how you do, it still only downloads the very beginning photo of my video? Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ve split and followed your instruction to a “T”.

Not working for me since the new Canva updates. I see what I'm saving but what I get is the opening slide. Dang it. Thxs, anyway. I'm sure this was a result of their new "glow up".

This doesn't work at all for me. No matter what frame I choose to split it that are close to each other, Canva always gives me the same screenshot even though when I choose a different frame. Do you also use the free version or is this just me?
