I knew this because the new voice actor for iroh was asked to sing leaf from the vine when the original voice actor sings about Irohs dead son and the new voice actor wouldn’t do it out of respect for him.

The last proformance of mako iwamatsu was very beautiful mako brought a sprcific spirit to iroh that the other va tries to embody but it just isnt the same..i will always enjoy iroh even in book 3 and thr few bits he is in kora. I used to relate alot to zuko..his struggle with shame and identy the anger that comes with it..i never had my own iroh, however i managed to heal and become a little bit myself and i hope i can bring that same peace and wisdom to some one else and become more like iroh
