The driver of a pickup truck stopped at the stop line and let the first patrol car pass, but he didn’t notice the second one speeding and accidentally cut it off. The sheriff’s deputy, trying to avoid a collision, swerved off the road, crashing into a parked red pickup, whose driver narrowly avoided the accident, and then hit two more cars in the parking lot. Pretty simple math. The cop screwed up. If you have red lights and sirens activate them if it's an emergency. Otherwise comply with the law and drive at the speed limit. He dicked it up.

I don't think it was the pickup driver's fault at all. That second cop really needed his lights / siren on. I feel sorry for the red pickup driver. That was really a close call for him physically, as well.😮

Absolutely not..The cops should have had his lights on..How tf was the truck supposed to know?? These cops run red lights, bust u turns in the middle of the highway, never use turn signals etc... I see it all the time.

Pulling out in front of moving cars is always your fault. Regardless if speeding you still cant pull out in front of any moving vehicles

There was a deputy in a neighboring county that lost his job due to the same style crash. No lights and sirens means no fault to the black truck.

100% cop. I have chased an officer for that. Started 70 km in a 50 km then the highway 150 km in a 100km. Then an illegal uturn off the highway. I followed.
He knew i had him.
