obviously the white suv is 100% at fault but had he sped up or the Jeep driver was paying attention and slowed down. this could have been prevented.

The Jeep was speeding and the driver could not have been looking at the road, as there was zero reaction to the clearly Imminent impact. The white SUV misjudged the speed of the jeep, as the other oncoming traffic was moving much slower. Also the bend in the road makes it difficult to asses the speed accurately.

I saw the whole thing, the white car had the left signal on, although was still at fault, vehicles turning left must yield to vehicles going straight, therefore the jeep had the right of way

The white car is at fault for failing to yield to oncoming traffic when turning at an unprotected intersection.

I can't stand when people make turns so damn slow they act like they are about to flip over, never fails

The clown who cut off the Jeep is 95% at fault, the Jeep driver was probably looking at his phone so give him some blame. When the accident occurred the Traverse was in the Jeeps lane, so, off with their heads

Jeep was speeding looks like.
White SUV was waiting for a birthday or something while making the turn.
Jeep could have braked and steered to avoid.
Two non-drivers found each other.

That Jeep had more than enough time to slow down and stop. white suv thought he could make that sort of risky turn but when real slow

It was the white cars fault, they didn’t have the right of way they were supposed to yield to oncoming traffic

I was the jeep in this situationn but there was WAY more traffic as it was around 6pm during rush hour in south florida. In my case I was not able to see the white car making the turn as I was on the lane farthest from the white cars turning lane and would not have been able to see the car until iminent impact. Just happened yesterday waiting to see who is at fault. Sucks because I was abbout to buy a dash cam as I saw a car accident earlier in the week and explicitly told my gf "This is a sign I need to get a dashcam and may not drive the car for a few days" and sure enough lol. Luckily nobody was hurt and it was a pretty smooth process exchanging insurances. Just sucks I might be at fault because I tried evading the hit that way I did not directly t-bone the other car and ended up striking the rear just like in this video.

Red jeep fault failure to reduce speed

Red car at fault. Speeding, had more than enough time to see the white car making the turn to apply brakes. Went full speed into the intersection which makes me believe red car was distracted by something.
