Ask a search engine what is the average IQ in Sub-Saharan Africa and I get an answer of 70... but we are also told an IQ of 83 is too low for the American military to accept you. If all this is true... no one should be alive, much less prosperous, in all of Africa?!??? Can we really be certain IQ doesn't have a large cultural component???
