I quit cigarette smoking one year ago.. I'm now on, 6 mg juice.

I smoked cigarettes for 25 years. I didn't think there was ANYTHING that was going to help me quit. I tried many times, with many different aids, but nothing ever stuck.
I decided to try vaping and after the first rough week, I never looked back.
I started at about 10mg and have since worked my way down to around 5mg. I started mixing my own juice about four years ago... it's SUPER easy if you pay attention and use one of the many calculators online to help get the proportions correct. With a little practice (and a LOT of help from Youtube) I now make my own juice, feel great, and will never smoke a cigarette again!

One thing I kinda expected but not so quickly is my tolerance kinda skyrocketed just after a week. Those people on google said I had a f*king month but nah

Yeah just a 3-4 days using Strawberry Disposable it's kinda hard to finish it eventho its just 800puff but it just to sweet. Andd i just got and Vapour tounge lol thanks to this video i actually really worried about it. I'll take a break for vaping just to let the sense of tastes became normal. Stay hydrated !
