Amber is happy to have lost over 280 lbs and, in addition to her surgery, has figured out how not to deal with her anxiety using food. As a result, she is able to go on an outdoor date with her boyfriend for the first time in years.

So glad she is seeing a therapist but I don't think this was something they should film she deserves to have private session to fully be honest it's bad enough they film people naked and now they're sitting in on therapy? Shes smart and honest about herself and doesn't make excuses, it was hard for her but she worked hard and lost the weight and is getting healthier by the day. Others with the same problem need to take notes from her.

Amber's narration by far, is the most articulate, intelligent and relatable.... She has such a gentle tone and is able to describe her experience, no matter how terrible, in an uplifting manner that makes you understand what its like to be in her shoes(or barefoot) even just for a moment. This girl could do voice over work or read books recorded. I love that she is a success story and took back her independence from her own body. I would love even more updates on Amber.
