File issue. Deleted an app and then reinstalled it. there are apparently old files there that cause issues with the new app.
looking to find and delete the old files. However the file apps on Ipad do not allow access to the app files so they can be cleared.

Thank you. Very informative. I’m using the apple adapters a powered usb hub. When I plug in my sd card, it doesn’t come up automatically. I look in files, but I can’t find or don’t know how to reach the contents on the card to transfer data/photos. Thx. I learned a bunch.
