It's one of the things I discussed with the owner when I was at their office buying my Blackrack in October.... I've reported countless fake ads using yours and his pictures... Another identical one under a different name pops up almost instantly. Ironically, it was one of the fake ads that first got me interested in an Anorak... Once I started researching it I realized the $60 had to be fakes...

👍 Thank you for the heads-up. I have purchased goods from Boreal Mountain and everything was well made, delivered quickly, fairly priced, and with good customer service. Having said that, my wool anorak was made by Lester River Bushcraft and is an excellent product as well.

i literally did a google search after watching this for Anoraks wool and boom facebook adds pop up using a clip of your video reviewing the boreal mountain anorak, claiming it to be their cheap china knock off, for $49 bucks and so many people are buying it I am sure they are all very disappointed to see that what they ordered is not at all what was advertised. there were at least three different ones from different china companies, all with the same add showcasing you in the Canadian made boreal mountain anorak. Its bothers me alot to see that crap and worse people falling for it. hey question I am 5"11 and about 220 lbs. what size would be good?

I own three BMA anoraks- great quality. A year plus ago all these bums from other countries started doing this and we reported all the ads we saw, and talked with the owner of the company. I find it incredible that this keeps happening, even the BMA website ripped off and being used by foreign entities and no recourse.

Rather than Big Brother getting involved to try to control the internet, I would rather that people just be dilligent and be sure who they are buying from.

Good stuff always costs more, but you get a quality garment from BMA.

I’ve reported dozens this last week some even from UK despicable scammers. They’re not just using your images but Boreal Mountain Anoraks own images to imply authenticity.
Criminal Behaviour and Downright distasteful.

Pretty sad state of affairs when people need to watermark their videos to prevent intellectual theft by the Chinese. I have 2 anoraks from Andy and BMA - a green loden and the newest Manic. Both are top notch pieces of kit.
