Curing of Concrete

This video shows about curing of concrete, that what is curing? why we need curing of concrete? and what if we didn't cure the concrete properly. In Curing of concrete we pour the water on concrete surface so that water inside from concrete will not evaporate and hydration process will not be effected. Water inside the concrete reacts with cement constituents and make the bond which increase the strength of concrete. If the water inside from the concrete evaporates then there will be deficiency of water in concrete which will effect the concrete strength therefore proper curing of concrete is needed.
