Great video, I am about to begin a barnominium and want a "stained" concrete floor. I understand waiting 30 days. My question is of the concrete guy uses a curing agent will that "seal" so as not receive the stain? It is going to be March in North Texas. So not really worried about freezing. Thanks

If the "cure or seal" liquid is a barrier to the "loss" or "addition" of moisture, why wouldn't it do both things at the same time? It's a vapor barrier that prevents the flow of moisture from, or to, the concrete. I'm confused by your description.

Great Video! I have been doing some research and a lot of the product data sheets for cure and seals remind me of a bottle of body wash and shampoo promising several benefits in one application, but in my opinion... not doing either well. Do you know why these cure and seals can market their products as a one-and-done application?

Thanks for the video, and hoping you can provide me some advice.

I stay in a townhome, and on my second floor is a French door with an outdoor patio (14 x 5). Water is penetrating at the joint where the balcony concrete slab meets the exterior brick wall. There are some cracks there that need to be addressed. I don't trust my HOAs contractor and wondering what you think may be the best route to address the cracks and stop the water coming in? (Leaks into my room below it)

Reached out to a couple companies, one has recommended taking up the entire patio to the sub-floor, and redoing the entire thing ...while others have recommended just laying down some liquid rubber. Thoughts? Been dealing with this for a long while and need some help haha

So my contractor poured a new drive way and side walk for me, then came back about 24 hours later to deform, and sprayed sealer on it, not sure exactly what kind, it has now been about 2 weeks and most of the drive way looks great but there is a couple spots towards the end where they finished the pour that have some sealer lines in it, almost like nozzle got clogged and was a stream or something that are darker then the rest of driveway will this go away after the curing is complete or should I put something on it to make it better. Most of it looks a nice light gray color but there is few squares with those lines thanks for any help

I would like to know when should i apply the sealer (for curing). Can i use right after demoulding( its a beam) the structure after 1 day. Can you recommend which type sealer is more suitable?

Is there a product that can be applied to keep it from not sweating?

hey can you use the curing sealer to help cure fresh concrete. then 30 days later come back and seal with Penetrating sealer instead of using the acrylic again?

So how long do I wait to seal a fresh slab?

So when should your seal ? Right after the pour ? Like a day or two ? Or longer ?

Our contractor applied a sealer immediately after placing our concrete colored driveway. Then we put visqueen on to help with curing... seems that was a huge mistake... now 21 days later our driveway is very blotchy. Are we stuck with this result or is there a fix? Thank you for any help... our contractor is not helping....

I have 2 year old patio that started getting discoloration spots and stand out when it's wet. Is this moisture? Is it fixable?

if I waterproof my concrete patio will it make ice more likely to form on the surface? Would melting salt render the waterproofing useless?
