I'm scared to eat anything with a shell. Crab, lobster, shrimp, claims, snails, cod, seaweed, oyster, snapper, tinned Salomon, octopus, squid, tuna, prawns, mollusks, calamari, abalone, sea slugs, eels, cutlfish, sea urchins. Oh wait I win. I'm afraid to eat bc I'm allergic to iodine is what I've been told but I really think it's shellfish bc I got diagnosed with the allergy when I ate shrimp and that's shell fish but shrimp also contains iodine so I'm not sure. I break out with really bad hives. It's weird because milk and eggs contain iodine and I can have those with no problem.
