Great video, your solution worked for me, didn't have to turn the telly off, just exit to the Blu-ray main menu then go back in again to watch it, and 4k came on.

My tv will only showing cable channels that’s in 1080p or higher. For some reason it randomly quit working in 480p. Every channel that’s not HD it loses signal or shows unwatchable green snowy glitchy picture.

Hello, I have purchased a 4K TV but the bluray H6500 does not scale to 4K even with the option activated. I have tested with a Bluray and a DVD and it always shows 1080p.
