I've tried all those upscaler and for me Video Proc Converter is still the best, also is cheaper than Topaz.

To really be able to add detail, you basically have to understand what it is that you're upscaling and the system needs to wholesale recreate your image.

Krea can be used for just creative experimental stuff. Actually in AI there is not bad things every video gen, image gen can create something that makes interesting experiments.

I use tensor pix, I think it is up there with runway but also allows for added framerate other than topaz I have not tried a better one than tensor (runway third maybe)

That is a very useful video which helps gaining time! Is it good practice to export videos at 60fps as a default setting in CapCut (if we do slow motion)?

You know I tried Remini, even topaz does artificial upgrade, Remini does better job.
