Cowboy butter: 2 butter sticks, garlic, parsley, thyme, chives, paprika, smoked paprika, lemon zeste & juice, Dijon mustard, black pepper, salt, chili flakes and powder. Mix and roll in parchemin paper.

There was a comment on here somewhere about the raw garlic. I can't usually eat it raw either, so I would roast the garlic first, then let it cool of course before adding to the mix. Looks amazing!
