Same problem here with a iphone 13 pro max, tried all the above, even factory reset the phone, it worked for a short while then couldn't recieve calls again. Put the sim in another phone, a cheap motoroller and it works fine

Nope. If it’s dropped and there’s a crack on the bottom right regardless if it’s the actual glass or a screen protector, you’re done. Twice this happened, the actual cellular antenna is finished.
