easy one bowl carrot cake baked oats 🥕

- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup oats
- optional toppings: walnuts, coconut shreds, raisins
Add all ingredients to baking dish (I used my @ourplace baking dish) and mix. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes or until the bars are at your desired texture. Allow bars to cool completely and ENJOY!!
💡TIP: press the mixture with a spatula in the pan before baking AND right out of the oven! This will help it bake and cool in a more homogenous way!
