I just wish the likes of the Mew's were not fought by lobbies and were given the steering wheel for the medical field, this way we would all have experienced optimal growth as this becomes the norm instead of sticking metals in your mouth!

These people tackle the problem instead of the symptoms and it is simply not cost effective for the medical experts who want to chug all the money they can treating symptom after symptom while keeping their gold mine of a problem intact!

I’m so annoyed I’m just finding out about this :( i got 4 teeth extracted when i was in highschool to get braces. If i knew about this before i would’ve started mewing instead. I hate how orthodontist don’t even tell u about this at all!!!

I'm 14, I got braces 4 months ago, with no extractions, my teeth where actually good before, FORTUNATELY, I still didn't get any tightening, after finding about vertical growth and orthotropics etc, I'm about to take them off, my father has a strong squarish jaw with prominent cheekbones since he is African , and I don't want to damage my face growth, I'm so grateful that I found this before regretting in future

When I got my braces 16 years ago I remember my mum trying so hard to find an orthodontist who wouldn’t extract teeth (he said he would try to avoid it), I also remember her asking the orthodontist if I should get my jaw moved forward instead.

I ended up in braces with two teeth extracted from the top. That bastard obviously gave us terrible advice. My mum and I wish we knew about Orthotropics back then.

I’m 16 and I just got my dental splints for my TMJ disorder a day ago, but it makes my chin more forward and longer though my dentist says braces would fix it... is it true though or is it better to stop? i hear about orthotropics a week before getting splints but no orthotropic clinics are in my country. I don’t wanna risk my facial structure...

i still dont know if im mewing correctly but im in my late 16s and have been mewing since like 2 weeks and in the 4 first days i already had physionomical changes to my jaw roof and lower mouth structure im not growing that much in any other area so im not sure if its from mewing or just being a teen and just a quick note here at first i couldnt fit my tongue on my jaw roof and now im able to place at least 65% of my tongue there :)

so what can I do for my deepbite? I'm 16 and I have a deep bite and a narrow palate. I've been mewing for about 3 months and think I have changes. I also think I have tmd. I also have jaw cracking if I mew consistently, maybe it's because changes are happening in my jaws or maybe I keep my back teeth in a bad position. I try to keep my back teeth very very lightly touching and try to put my front teeth touching at the same time too. Am I doing everything right or do I need to consult an orthortopist? I also practice the swallowing methods and chin tuck

Im turning 15 this year and i have a really noticeable jawline. my problem is my chin is protruded forward making it seem larger and my face unnaturally longer. i also have sunken eyes. i know my face is more forward than the normal because i did some research about it. i was just wondering if orthotropics can help me tremendously? thank u :)
