Dr, currently my age is 25years old. And, i used to have slightly overbite. & outward protruding face (which I don’t used to like). But after orthodontic treatment (4teeth extracted)(2017-2019), within 1year my face got nicely sculpted & chesiled jawline.

But now after 3-4years of treatment, my face has started to droop again, it has started to recess downward, (making me look old & ugly😢).

I want to know why my face has started to look droopy & old? Is it because I’ve my 4teeth extracted in the past??

Obviously, the woman is maxilla-mandibular recessed, but that method of aligning a forehead as you demonstrate makes no sense at all. She has a naturally sloped forehead, as does your first example that is a cartoon.
