I do Thai Basil, cilantro, mint, bean sprouts, onion and a TON of chile serrano.

I want every bite to be a slap in the face.

I'll often make a lot of extra beef tendon, it's the greatest addition ever to Pho.

It’s so weird hearing people say bean sprouts, here in Australia where I live we call them bean shoots. I don’t know if most people in Australia call them that but all the people I know call them bean shoots.

omggg this looks sooo good. you've now made me really crave pho. I remember when I visited Vietnam for 2 weeks, I used to eat pho more and it was sooo good and cheap

Mint is also good to add as well as the thinly sliced ginger
And Tam Duk chili sauce made especially for Pho. And Lao Gan Ma chili crisp! Mmmm😊
