I could eat pho evry day its my favorite food and im Mexican i asked my chef how to make it and all he said there is alot of things that go in it thank you for this recepie my man.

I think Mexican people love this soup because of how similar it is to caldo de res, my dad says that it tastes like barbacoa to him, probably because of all the spices.

Vietnamese food and really Asian food in general is so good and so good for you. We need more Vietnamese Resturaunts all over the USA I used to live outside of Philadelphia in deleware county, and there is a Vietnamese Resturaunt there, I forget the name but it’s a pink and teal blue sign with a pig on it and they make the best Vietnamese food in that whole area, now I moved about an hour away in Delaware state and now I never get to rly go there anymore. I miss it bad, and to boot the Vietnamese spots around here can’t even hold a candle to my other place 😂😅😢

Not only the tastiest soup but legitimately the most nutririous and healthiest soup. All the collagen protein and iron from the meat, all the spices and aromatics that detox your gut, the veggies full of fibre and the broth is rich in minerals boiled out of the food. Pho is the goat soup

Oh my god this looks INCREDIBLE! I don’t know much about Vietnamese cuisine as many of the places with it in Dublin are Asian fusion and it’s hard to find something very authentic...I just subscribed and I think I need to make this! I have a great butcher who is one of the rare ones you can get bones and even things like oxtail because most are just full of prepackaged boring cuts now.
I really got to dig into some Vietnamese food!

I love this soup my seven-year-old son and I eat it at least three times a week we go to this Vietnamese restaurant I swear is the best food ever. They have a delicious chicken fried rice with the hot chili sauce that sits on the table.

Is there a difference between just putting the toasted spices into a cloth bag and boiling it, and putting the toasted spices directly into the water and then draining it?

I usually soak my beef neck bones and oxtail in a little vinegar and water and salt so impurities come out. Then I boil and I do not let broth go waste because to me the first boil has a lot of flavor!! on e I boil and keep taking out impurities as I go then out on low heat! For at least 2-3 hrs!!

First time I ever had pho, it was made exactly this way from a Vietnamese chef I worked with. I was blown away!
