When do people feel they look most attractive ? Dermatologist explains

Aging is a gift and you look good at all ages but most people feel they looked their best in their 30’s, early thirties to be precise.

There are a few reasons behind this:

▪️Defined cheek bones due to less facial fat
Cheek fat tends to decrease in late twenties and by early theories the cheek bones look more prominent increasing facial attractiveness.

▪️Jawline looks more contoured
Less buccal fat makes the jawline appear more prominent and contoured. This gives the face a more chiseled look.

▪️Lesser sun exposure
More prudent sun protection along with less sun exposure due to a decrease in out door activities may contribute to skin look better in 30’s.

▪️ Better skin care
People are more careless with their skin in their teens and 20’s. They understand their skin concerns and skin needs by late 20’s and have a better routine to follow

▪️Healthier lifestyle
As one is in a better position financially in their 30’s the nutritional and health choices they make for themselves are better in their 30’s years.

▪️More confidence
Teens and early twenties could be filled with insecurities which include wanting to change the way you look or your facial features. But in 30’s you accept and appreciate the different facial features and celebrate your uniqueness
