I have been iron deficient since 8 yrs old. Now 44 annd symptoms ate a bit more problematic. Had blood transfusion and recently iron infusion. I needed this video desperately. I want to turn this around with diet and stay out of doctors office over this issue.. thank u kindly for. This content❤️

Ps. A very very mild, non constipating over the counter iron pill is called SLO-FE ... Found at Walgreens, Walmart, cvc etc

Ty for this!!! I just went to my physical doc today and he says that my face looks super tired and uncolored than the rest of my body. He told me my iron was very low than it's supposed to be.

1 cup a day of beet juice for 7 days can quickly bring up your iron levels. Keeping it up there requires a strong healthy diet. Ive experienced this on myself. It really helps. Doesn't taste good-but then almost every food that is good for your body doesnt taste good..

I started a Keto diet in March 2021 I just recently discovered that my iron level has been shot to pieces on 8/october I have to go to the hospital for an iron infusion. Today 27/9/21I started to prepare half-cup carrots half a cup of beetroot half a cup of pomegranate fruit 6/7 dates 2 tbsp grated coconut 2 cups water and blend separate in half drink half one day then drink the second half alternate days.
