This is probably my most favorite movie ending EVER. Heroes riding off into the sunset is as classic as it gets!

Hearing that music, seeing Indiana Jones ride off with the original action hero Sean Connery into the sunset is something truly special. Well done, Spielberg.

"After you, Junior." "Yes, Sir!"

It was not just the end of a great saga, but it marked the end of an Awesome Era for blockbusters; the 80s!

I love how they play up Marcus being a goof in this. One of my favorite scenes is when Indy and his dad are captured by the nazis, and they know Marcus has the diary and they say they'll find him. Indy tells them good luck because he's a master of disguise, he knows a dozen languages, he can blend in right behind you and you won't even notice. Then the scene cuts to Marcus roaming around trying to find someone who speaks English lol

It's just so good, and also shows how intelligent Indy is to think on his feet that fast.

I just visited Petra today, and it was easily one of the most amazing places I've ever been. Not only because Indiana Jones was filmed there, but because the architecture is just breathtaking, every single building was carved by hand thousands of years ago.

Like Return of the Jedi for Star Wars, this is where Indiana Jones properly ended for me, everything else afterwards didn’t happen

This is the TRUE ending to the Indiana Jones franchise. Indy, Henry, Sallah, and Marcus riding off into the sunset like legends. Definitely no aliens nor a time dial to be seen here.

John Rhys-Davies' laugh can bring a good end to almost every movie. :)

The best part of this scene is as you watch them ride into the sunset they’re actually riding to go get the dial of destiny so they can use it to erase Helena Shaw from existence
