i found lots of water and keeping busy helps when i get those pesky stomach pains myself. work through the hunger.

Peanut butter high fat in it thats why bodybuilders avoid it when shredding down. How about no fat yogurt with fruit. A whole bowl.

Great tip. Imma try that especially since I'm getting to the maintenance phase. (5' 9" was 205lbs 4 months ago now 156lbs) I'm on the wrong side of 49 so I ain't playin' lol

I do the same thing only I chase it down with a glass of cold water. Works really well for me.

You could also try protein oatmeal
I would think the honey would make me hungry

Peanut butter is great when you're busy and don't have time to eat much. It will hold you until time for your next meal. I also recommend eating salads for 2-3 meals per day to maintain your weight loss over time. Good luck sexy man!

Just stumbled upon your channel and really like your content! Try PB Fit (powdered peanut butter that you mix with water). It still tastes great and it will save you on your calorie and sugar intake! It's what I eat when I'm hungry in between meals and it really helps! Plus you can buy it in a much larger tub than actual peanut butter :)

I eat a teaspoon or two of mustard. And you can also take a drink of dill pickle juice. Both will curve your appetite also for a few hours.

I found powdered reduced fat peanut butter ypu add alittle water .probably bottle water s best.And its lasted .i just have it on shelf.
