Random CMD pop up and disappear Windows 11 [Solved]

This issue was caused by my absent-mindedly clicking on an attachment in what I belatedly realized was a spam email to our company's customer-service gmail account. The attachment set up this task on my PC, running every single minute - with the CMD window popping open/closed, and annoyingly switching windows/tabs every time I opened a new one. No antivirus software detected anything was amiss. All I found in my searching were complicated lengthy multi-step instructions that failed to address the root cause: Task Scheduler. Disabling and deleting that one stupid task solved the problem instantly. Many thanks, a like and a subscribe.

It was hard for me to believe that such issues are intrinsic to Win11pro, until i was hit by it while installing new software I need on my recently purchased computer, which came with it preinstalled. & activated. After much time lost to find the solution, this partially solved it by following the infos we get here, in this video. The random screen still comes, but it does not needs to refresh the page. Hello can you help me out my problem isn't a cmd pop up its more like a clear window box with no center some small or big would some times pop up then disappears in seconds every time i start up my laptop i tried sfc sometimes i have corrupted files but i fix the issues but sometimes it shows nothing but the windows keep popping up then boom its gone i have no idea what it is .

I have this problem and I can't play tekken 7, nintendo all star brawl and hitman world of assassination without getting interrupted, my game minimizes before I could even press the pause button making the enemy beat me up before i could go back.

I tried to install a game but it didn't. Then I deleted the file containing the game. But now whenever I switch on my laptop cmd window pops up and disappears. Is it some sort of virus?
