When I'm in Google Chrome, this black box keeps flashing so rapidly that it closes at random tabs I have open and are viewing (like YT or Flickr.) And this is constantly...NOT just at startup. It also closes "In-Private" tabs from MS Edge, but NOT the ones NOT "In-Private." It's annoying. I'd like to get rid of this pop-up? Is it Malware or Adware? I am told deleting System 32 will cause permanent damage to my computer, so I am NOT going to do that. I just want to get rid of that black box from appearing so my Google Chrome and Edge In-Private tabs do NOT get closed while in use. Solutions to this?

Thank you SO MUCH for this video!! I thought my laptop was broken or something because of the 32 popup showing and with how incredibly SLOW it's been and given that it's a few years old. I've already done the first method but it's keep poping up. When I try the CMD method, when the system scan is already over they told that "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." Help me please

Can you help me? My sister has a HP laptop, and it's slow. So I disable some probrams at the startup, maybe the HP services too. And after that, we download some program to run, and it's says the device is not ready. After restarting, we try to make everything back, but when I open taskmanager, it's says The device is not ready. I can't open the menu, the search bar, only the folders what are in the desktop. Can we fix it?

Edit : Oh and the startup makes some flashings. Like it's boot up to the login, and after we login it's go dark, and again we see it's loading and again dark... Etc.

Well my issue is sometimes it happens I tried sfcscannow it tells me I have corrupted files but i fix the problem but I get these random clear grey like pop ups with no words. They pop up then disappears then another I say about four times is it a update issue I really need help
