Stoked to see such a high score. Love the Pizza Show and I think Frank P. seems like a genuine dude. He actually seems to try hard to get what he does right and it’s good to see that that hard work and genuine determination shows through in his finished product.

That used to be my families bakery Saviano and Son. My great grandfather started baking in that oven. After the bakery closed, my father and grandfather had the coal oven converted to a pizza oven.

So In my humble opinion...a 9 is a rookie score but a 9.0 isn’t. Adding the decimal point is professional in my book

Visited NYC and last week and checked out this spot. Easily the BEST pizza I have ever ate. Specifically the white pie. Legit changed my whole perspective on the pizza game.
