The electronic fabric strength machine has multi-functional test items, which are used for various materials, woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, timing and constant speed stretching; tearing, peeling, constant load, constant elongation, elastic recovery rate, bursting and other tests. This product produced by our company is a multi-channel controlled fabric strength testing instrument, controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, which can test multi-function data alone, or can be connected to a computer to install software for extended function testing. Testing, long-term storage of test data, powerful software functions can also export all measured results to Word and Excel arbitrarily, and can also import the data of all test sampling points into Excel in sequence, which is convenient for data statistics, scientific research and project work.
The test indicators of the electronic fabric strength machine mainly include the following aspects:
1. Fabric fracture performance test, the most extensive test in the test items, there are two main methods for testing fracture performance in national standards, international standards and ASTM standards: strip method and grab sample method.
2. Fabric tensile elasticity test, scientific research test items, elastic recovery test.
3. Fabric tear performance test, important test items, national standards and international standards. There are four main methods for testing fracture performance:

Trapezoidal sample tearing-------------GBT3917.3-2009
Tongue-shaped sample (double seam) tearing-----GBT3917.4-2009
Determination of tear strength of wing-shaped specimens (single seam)-----GBT3917.5-2009
4. Burst strength test of fabric marbles, there are 3 sizes of marbles at home and abroad - φ20mm, φ25mm, φ38mm
5. The test of the anti-slippage of the yarn at the seam of the fabric, the standard of the test method is:
Fixed slip method
constant load method
Needle clip method
6. Tensile stress relaxation test: mainly test elastic fabrics and rubber products.
7. Fabric puncture strength test: mainly used in the testing of non-woven fabrics, rubber gloves and other labor protection products.
