My main problem with air up is it's cheaper to get a normal water bottle and just use a couple of drops of natural flavorings

I drink about 7.5 litres of water a day. This would be way too expensive for me, but I do find the whole scent-based tasting thing to be quite intriguing.

I have an air up, and the 5 litres per pod thing is not necessarily true. It says that it lasts for 3-4 days, and you should be drinking around that much. It also lays for way longer that 3 days. The full flavour lasts for 3 days, and then after that, it’s not as powerful but still works. I’ve had a pod for about 3-4 months and it still faintly tastes like cherry kola

It's insane to me to people are unaware that drinking a lot of water while not being active and forgetting to eat it's a bad thing and will do extreme damage to you

Point of criticism.

This is a good video, very informative. But I feel it's a bit biased towards the negative.

The target audience is people that don't drink water. If this gets people off soft drinks, it's fantastic.

You said for sustainability "to me it's to replace using fruit to flavour water" but it isn't and never was.

This is to replace soft drinks or artificial flavour makers and sugary alternatives.

Western society is filled to the brim with coke drinkers. Not fruit water drinkers.

If you like a slice of lemon in your water, by all means keep doing that.

Nasty taste aside, this thing creates so much plastic waste which, to me, defeats the entire purpose of keeping a reusable water bottle

Air Up bottles don’t work on me. I don’t know how to make the artificial flavouring thing work, and I’ve had Covid which has fucked up my sense of smell and taste.

A lot hypocrisy here when comes to worry about the plastic. There is plastic everywhere in our life. Look the food, the meat, etc all wrapped with plastic. I can't stand seeing those hysterical people going going to the congress making nonbrain speech to ban the plastic, while the Karen wears prescription glasses and it's made of plastic. So how you would buy meat without the wrapping? Even in old days when you bought meat on the butcher stores, they wrap the meat in a plastic sheet and paper outside, or sometimes they wrap the meat in those butter paper(is it better than plastic). Well this world is full of hypocrisis.
