Nice guide Spoony, sadly it is to say that atm there is a bug that leads to every player losing a bit of his potential every year. You can still develop players but especially youth players, if they stay in your first team, their potential drops one or a few points every season switch in the summer. It doesn't drop when players are at an AI club tho, so for youth players for example, loaning them in the winter transfer window for a year would circumvent the problem. I hope this problem gets fixed, maybe tomorrow, when EA is dropping their big world cup patch, but since its career mode I'm a bit scared for it to be patched way later if at all... This stuff obviously doesn't affect big clubs as much, since they often got pretty good developed players already, but especially "Zero to Hero" journeys from a lower division, you basically can't really carry a young player for a long time at your club and expect him to develop properly. All this is fixable on PC with a user patch I think, but on console there is no good workaround

Thanks Spoony! Just started playing this with my son. Is there a "team harmony" like in PES? eg if I take over Liverpool and sell the oldies and sign lots of hidden gems - will it take a while for the team to gel like in the old PES? I don't see an indiator for "team cohesion". Thanks as always!!

Anybody else keep having their sliders randomly reset when opening the game from time to time?

I know you are a pes player, but did you have any sliders for fifa 23? Your set for 22 was the best by far and I had so much fun with it. Just got 23 for free on game pass, but without the right sliders it plays really bad as any fifa. Would appreciate if you can provide any help.

Fifa is all fasade with no substance. All presentation but no effort and work put into getting things into real simulation. Both in menues and gameplay. Sad, because with all that fancy presentation it always feels like just a hand reach away, but it’s never there.

I play on sprint speed 20 to get realistic stamina depletion. If not, I never needed to rotate players.

Kids cannot play a single match in career because they are not 'good' enough and they can ONLY SIMULATE matches ! this is BS from a 100$+ game !
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !
