actually the bullets of shotgun are buckshot
They spread in high quantity that's why they are not armor peircing at all but have 1000 base damage that's what happened here

It works on extreme close range of 3 to 4 feets away .

I literally once shot at farm stable a locker looting covert op guy from the window rat spot .
